You don't need another workout program…

You need one that fits your body:

If you've been training for months, doing everything “just like the video”, and you're still not progressing the way you want, give me five minutes.

Because I don't think the problem is you.

The Custom Workout Plan

I think every program you've tried was written for somebody else.

A different body.

Different arms. Different legs.

A different build.

So let me show you what I do instead.

Sound familiar?

You follow an influencer's program.

Then another one.

Bench press, squats, rows, “the program that worked for him”.

You copy everything. The sets, the reps, the exercises.

And then what?

On the bench press, you mostly feel your shoulders.

On squats, you end up leaning forward with your lower back on fire.

On curls, you struggle like crazy with ridiculous weights.

So you switch programs.

New program, same question: am I doing something wrong?

Maybe you've even started to think you're “just not built for lifting”.

You are. You just need a plan that fits your build.

It's not you. It's the program.

Here's what took me way too long to understand:

Those programs weren't bad. They just weren't written for you.

A program on YouTube is made once, for millions of people. It knows nothing about your body.

Three things no program knows about you

And yet, they decide which exercises actually work for you:

1.Your proportions. Long or short arms, long legs or a long torso. Long arms push the bar further on the bench press. Long legs make you lean forward on squats.

2.Your frame. Wide or narrow shoulders, a deep or flat rib cage. They change which exercises really build your chest, back and shoulders.

3.Your joints. Stiff ankles, tight hips, elbows that overextend, a sensitive lower back. They set the movements where you're safe.

Same goal. Three different builds. Three different programs.

A generic program picks one of them and hopes it's yours.

That's the gap. And that's what I fill.

If you already know you want this, the button is right here. If not, stay with me, because next I'll show you exactly how it works.

How it works

I don't hand you a generic program and hope it fits. I give you the method to build your own, around your build.

It's called The Custom Workout Plan, and it works in three steps.

1

You order.

It's $37, paid once. Your guide is available instantly.

2

You take your 8 tests.

A tape measure, a wall, a mirror. In 30 minutes, you'll know if you have long or short arms, long legs or a long torso, stiff or overly loose joints…

You write it all down on your assessment sheet.

One of the 8 testsYour assessment sheet
3

You build your plan.

For each muscle, you pick the exercises that fit your build, and skip the ones that work against you.

Then you follow the program that matches your profile: 3 sessions a week, for 8 to 12 weeks.

What's inside

So what do you actually get?

A 63-page guide in PDF, yours to keep.

8 simple tests to understand your build, no special equipment needed.

Your assessment sheet to print, your reference for everything else.

8 muscle groups: chest, back, shoulders, arms, quads & glutes, calves, abs, lower back.

81 exercises ranked by build, each one showing who it's ideal for and who should avoid it.

8 detailed technique sheets: sets, reps, tempo, rest and execution.

3 ready-to-follow programs, one for each profile.

The rules to progress without getting hurt, week after week.

Print your assessment sheet and keep it in your gym bag, or open the guide on your phone between sets.

Beginner or advanced: you start where you are today.

Why $37?

Now, the price: $37.

And I know what you might be thinking. A plan built around my body for $37? What's the catch?

Fair question. A personal trainer often charges $50 or more per session to work through this kind of thing with you.

This isn't that. It's a guide, written once, that gives you the method to do it yourself, and it's yours for life.

No app, no subscription, no monthly fee. That's how I can keep it at $37.

What if an exercise doesn't suit you?

Knees that don't love lunges. A back that complains on deadlifts.

For every muscle, the guide gives you alternatives, and one full program is designed for sensitive joints and a fragile lower back.

Questions I get a lot

“I'm a total beginner. Is this too much for me?”

No. The guide starts from the basics and explains everything simply. There's even a glossary at the end.

“I've been lifting for years. Will I learn anything?”

Yes. It's often after a few years, when you plateau or something starts to hurt, that this makes the biggest difference.

“Do I need equipment for the tests?”

A tape measure, a wall and a mirror. That's it. It takes about 30 minutes.

“Is it really custom, or a standard program?”

You build it yourself, from your own test results. Your proportions and your joints decide which exercises you keep and which program you follow.

“I train at home.”

The guide is mainly designed for the gym (barbells, dumbbells, machines), but many exercises work with dumbbells or bodyweight: push-ups, planks, Bulgarian split squats…

“When will I see results?”

Honestly? I can't give you a date, and I won't. It depends on where you start, how you sleep, how you eat and how consistent you are.

What I can give you is a plan that fits your body, so you finally feel the right muscle working.

That's also why you won't see before-and-after photos here. I'm not going to sell you someone else's body as a promise.

“Is there a subscription?”

No. You pay $37 once.

“How do I get it?”

Right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. It's a PDF you can read on your phone, tablet or computer.

“Is it for everyone?”

It's for adults 18 and over. If you have an injury, ongoing pain or a medical condition, check with your doctor before you start.

And if you're looking for a two-week transformation, this isn't it.
